Location is great with free parking in the street. Rooms very clean, friendly mr Francesco.
The bed was noisy, the mattress and pillow poor quality. Unfortunately when it’s hot, the AC isn’t powerful enough to cool the room. As you leave the room, the power is cut off and when you return, the room is hot An’s will stay hot for hours…

It was exactly what was described in booking .comm and more . So close to all that we were to see very easy flat walking and the young manager was a delight to deal with.

Francesco is a great host. He met us at the property and gave us the keys and instructions. he even made a reservation for dinner in a fantastic place in Old town
The rooms, although they share the common area, each one has private bath and are spacious
Great location, about 10 min walk to old Lecce
Highly recommended place to stay if you want to explore Lecce
Beds are ok but could be better, shower is small

The location was outstanding!!! Free parking near by and the old town can be reached in 8min by walk
The breakfast was quite poor. We were going to cafeteria 5min away from the rented place and getting coffee and croissant, everything else was extra charge.
There were no glasses, tea , coffee or even kettle available. So even if you have your own tea, do not get hopes to be able to make one.
The common area is nice, however we were told not to use the dining table for eating.
So the place was not very welcoming, but the location was superb.
