Amazing location if you want to explore Lecce, the rooms are spacious, very modern and clean, and I can't praise the staff enough - so kind, and the breakfasts were perfect to start our day.
The one downside, and it isn't a small one - the parking in Lecce is really difficult especially during busier times of the day/week, and because of the ZTL you have to carry your luggage from outside the historic center to the building, and up about three flights of stairs. After a long drive, circling 30 minutes for parking, and in 35° weather, this was not fun.

This is a lovely accommodation right in the heart of Lecce Centro Storico. It is in an ideal location to experience the charm and vibrancy of the old town and only a 10 minute walk from the train station.
The rooms are very comfortable and nicely decorated.
A light breakfast is provided with a very tasty pastry, fruit, yoghurt, coffee and juice available. Two very charming and friendly sisters run the place.
Some external building maintenance taking place during our stay, however, the housekeepers did great work in dealing with the inevitable dust.
It is worth being aware that the rooms are on the second floor and accessed by a narrow staircase with no lift available in keeping with most of the other historic buildings in the area.
Communication from the proprietor was good.

Check in process is a unique because they have no front desk. Everything is online, so make sure you read the instructions. Well worth it though, for a clean, comfortable room with a cool setup in an unbeatable location. But don't expect fancy views, you're in the middle of downtown.
