The Hansen’s house is wonderful, very welcoming (there was a cactus Christmas tree!)The house is spacious, extremely clean. The kitchen has everything you can wish for. We wanted to play golf and we went a few times on the course by the house( Johnson Ranch- San Tan Islands). We went in the afternoon and finished just when the sun came down, the sky was colorful, it was beautiful. We also went hiking close by, it was peaceful and beautiful. The neighborhood is nice and peaceful. We had a great time and we are thankful to Michelle and Finn for making our stay memorable.

We stayed in San Tan Valley for a week for our daughter’s destination wedding. From the time of booking this incredible VRBO until the day we headed home the hosts were responsive & accommodating! The home is immaculate, beautifully decorated, and was the ultimate place to rest & relax in between wedding festivities. We’re looking forward to staying here again the next time we’re in the area. It’s seriously the nicest VRBO we’ve ever stayed at!

This is the nicest house we have ever rented! The home is on a nice quiet street on the Estate side. It includes high end appliances, all brand new furniture, beds are super comfortable. It reflects the pride of ownership. It’s very spacious and comfortable. We really appreciated all the little touches such has spices, coffee, and condiments available to make homemade meals. The backyard is spectacular. We enjoyed the nice warm pool and grill. There is a large area where you can also sit in the shade. We particularly enjoyed sunsets in the backyard. We would definitely go back and highly recommend it to friends and family. Communication with Michelle was exceptional. She promptly answered our questions and provided some great recommendations. Thank you Michelle for making us feel very welcomed and sharing your beautiful home.

Property was excellent for all activities you can plan. We arrived on Christmas Day and made our traditional Christmas dinner. Everything was available in the kitchen. Great island to work around and have conversations. Two very large sitting areas are great for relaxing, reading , or just watching TV. Dining room table was perfect for family meals and games. Bedrooms were private and comfortable. We didn't use the pool but the patio area was a comfortable area to enjoy the sun when it was around. Even found a few errant golf balls in the yard from Johnson Ranch. The orange tree provided some fresh squeezed orange juice for a meal or two. Michelle and Finn were excellent to work with. Very accommodating to our needs. Best VRBO we have had to date. Highly recommend San Tan Flat for one evening meal in the area. Nothing but positive stay all around!
