Otel Hotel Sibu is different from OTEL HOTEL SUITE. I stayed in both. Many people mixed up these 2 hotels.

Receptions for checking in is fast. Room is smaller as expected. (But Shower - water strength is poor. Sometimes Slow and need to wait. ) Pillows and Bed are comfortable and clean. Toilet cleanliness is acceptable. Location is good, with Grab can go anywhere. There is supermarket nearby, within the same location, 2 mins walk and some cafes. Good Location.

It is fairly new and near to amenities
There was a staff member replied me with Caps Lock. Dunno why he was “shouting” in his messages

Location wise is good convenient to park your car if you are driving
Water pressure is low bathing with rain shower is not comfortable, use the normal shower head instead
Room is comfortable but cleaning can be improved, can see dust on bed head LED strips
Towel has some red stains and managed to changed a new one.
Pillow case has some red stains as well, cleaning needs improved.
