Location and the facilities provided is more than enough for my family weekend getaway
Few stains at the bed sheets and hair strand ..but all solve when staff replaces it ..tq!

The spacious room, good breakfast and superb location.

The hotel is located centrally. It takes about 10-15mins walk to the Darul Hana Bridge and Carpenter Street, which means there are plenty of food, drinks and coffee options. Parking is free, though very limited space. The hotel room is alright - not the best, but given the price, for a 3D2N stay, I'm okay with it.
It is quite clear the hotel is in dire need of refurbishment. The faucets in the bathroom were rusty, the bathtub dirty, the mini fridge not working, the table lamps lopsided, etc. If I find myself back in Kuching, I know I will stay at another hotel for sure.
