The room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. I loved the drinkable tap water and the versatile lighting, which made it easy to switch between work, reading, relaxation, and sleep. The bathroom was clean and spacious, with an excellent bathtub, shower, and reliable plumbing. Overall, a beautifully designed room that made for a very comfortable stay.
The only downside was the construction noise, which continued after 5:00 pm. I understand that the hotel is undergoing upgrading works, but it was still somewhat disruptive and affected the overall comfort of the stay.

Its newly renovated. It is now more vibrant.
The ongoing renovation causing the noise. I complained and was expecting them to offer me to change room. But instead they waited for me to ask.

Clean & cozy. Swimming pool was good. My daughter loved it. The staff were great
Shower - water was hot throughout. No cold water. Adjusted the tap but not working. Been showering with hot water, everytime. Including the bath tub & sink.
Sudden trip of the electricity since the first day. Maintenance came and was told that sensor issue. It was reset but problem recurred. The thing happened until our last day but less frequent.
Food - Breakfast buffet; not worth the price. Food was decent but can be better. The ala carte food were nice - nasi goreng borneo & triple decker sandwich were delicious. Gula apong latte was good.
