Buffet breakfast had a reasonable assortment of local food and cereals, though rather limited in Western and fruit selection.
Good location among the hotel cluster and close to river and attractions.
The aircon wasn't cold! I set temp at 22C but it was warm at the desk. Even at 18-20C and medium fan, the room still wasn't cold. I finally got it fixed for my 3rd (last) night. Another delegate said his room was warm too whereas one said his was freezing! Airconditioning seems to be inconsistent across the hotel!
There was no ceiling light outside the room door - very dim at night as it was the corner room.

No bellboy at Groud Floor. Lobby a bit hidden. At UG Floor.

The breakfast buffet was amazing
While the room was clean the bathroom was finishing and workmanship was a disappointment. AC was also warm during the stay and even in the lobby they had put up additional fans. Getting to the pool was a hastle.
