the location is the best! eat, shopping, transport all within walking. the budget was good value. the heritage of the building was great with all timber from structure to decorations. great to still above to living in it.
there's smoking zone which is too near to my room, as i can smell it from inside the room. (pls request to get room far away from smoking area if u dont like the smell)

It’s a lovely old property, full of wooden furniture and tribal sculptures in the reception.
The rooms are simple, but clean and comfortable. Good air conditioning which is needed cos Kuching is hot. The two staff members I met were super helpful. And for the location I can’t imagine anywhere better to stay in Kuching.
I was just there one night, but when Zi come back it will hopefully be for longer.
There’s nothing much not to like. The rooms are simple, but you have what you need.
