1) courteous & guest-friendly staffs
2) comfy room esp beddings & water pressure (shower was the best!)
3) my kids just wouldnt get out of the pool...fun-size for family & safety (no life-guard needed as non-swimmers can just wade to make rescue attempts IF NEEDED).
