The location is great, you are right in the city of cats and it's noticeable. The homestay is comfortable and huge. There are enough bathrooms for everyone staying there. They also offer a very nice breakfast. The kitchen is available for anyone to use.
I was only missing windows but it's not a huge deal for a short stay.

Sam and Jane were kind and warm owners. They're knowledgable about the area, so don't be shy if you have any questions for them! It's a well-run place, in a great location. Food is ample nearby, about 2km to the waterfront, not much more one can ask for. A washing machine is also available for a fee.
If I'm nitpicking, just check the towels that they have kindly provided before using, as my partner's one was not very clean; Sam immediately offered another one.

Only draw back was our room was at the end of level 1 so visiting the toilet during the night not so convenient
