Proximity to shuttle and Museum of Borneo Cultures. Lobby looks good. Cafe ok.
Rooms need renovating - some bedcovers with dirty marks and brown holes. Damp bubbling on wall and black mould in shower. Toilet not working properly and leaking otherwise. Cloth on chairs ripped showing it is well worn. Carpet in halls not properly laid.

The room was big. The decor was tired. The toilet blocked up now and then and there was a lot of traffic noise. However, the staff were very kind and helpful. This hotel is not for everyone. If you are looking for 4 or 5 star accommodation then you probably will not like this hotel. If you are a seasoned traveller looking for good, cheap accommodation and you can live with things not being perfect then this is for you.
The toilet blocking up a few times. The traffic noise at night.
