Excellent hotel

An excellent hotel. Lovely and quiet and nicely presented. The room was big enough for the 4 of us. Breakfast had a good selection even for a vegan. Pool was covered in the bar area so perfect whatever the weather (bit of a shock when you first get in). lovely views from the pool/bar and you can see the fountain show from there. Great location. The staff were excellent. The lady poolside attendant was really lovely and friendly and we loved our little chats with her.

Not didn't like but some of the booking com information is incorrect - there isn't a mini bar (there is a fridge), there isn't a bottle of wine/champagne in the room.

pleasant stay

pls use reuseable glass for drinking in the room instead of disposable plastic bottle. The best is incoprporated filtered water in each room just like most hotel in europe to reduce the one-time plastic drinking bottle. insufficient equipment in gym

breakfast and parking ( one time registered until checking out) attached to shopping mall.

It was ok.

Location is excellent, There is a connecting mall where food is not an issue. Also near to places of interest like museum and the waterfront where there is a light show on Fri-Sun.

The hotel is a bit old or not very well maintained. I mean it is clean but the room is obviously a bit rundown for a 5 star hotel. You should get it for the location and location alone. The room is serviceable.

Pool area wasn't great. Uncomfortable picnic tables and very few spots to relax (3 loungers only!). Would put sun loungers or reclining seats in the space to make the most of another area to spend time out of the room. Also you couldn't get a drink or soft drink before 4pm which was inconvenient Room service - food was inedible

The parking space is at the basement of mall. The basement was too full during our visit and we find hard to park our car. There is a cat at the hotel lobby which is not very hygiene for travelers.

Great Value for Money Upmarket Hotel

Club lounge is fantastic - chique, comfortable and great view of the waterfront. Beds were really comfy and toiletries of high quality

Great and wonderful.

Overall everything is excellent.

Not all channels is available on TV, check-in time is at 3 - 2.30 pm and can't go in earlier.some sunflower seeds still found on the floor during checkin.

fantastic hotel, clean and great location

location was great as was breakfast spread, and shopping mall attached to the hotel!! Room was a good size and nice views of Kuching

location close to places to go like Darul Hanna, Sampan/ cruise, Kedai Kek Lapis/ Tugu Kuching, Tugu Pahlawan, Muzium Borneo etc breakfast almost the same when i'm staying room quit nice and comfortable.

The matters are comfortable. The view from the room is beautiful. The room is very clean and complete with daily supplies. The view from the swimming pool is extremely wonderful. I feel more relax.

Unpleasant pool location and not good for relaxing. Housekeeping inconsistent, would forget to replace towels and amenities.

Other than the lifts, it is ok - definately not 5 stars

Check in was efficient and staff are friendly

The lifts - have to wait forever as the lift is for public use from car park to shopping center. The wait can be very frustrating. Also the car park has no dedicated spots for hotel guests and the car park gets packed almost everyday!
