We kept the breakfast inside the room and asked to don’t take it back and after we came back food is not there

Nothing to like this hotel very bad hotel

Hotel room not like pictures show and also not hygiene cockroach everywhere inside the room , no toilet tissue, shower gel , cleaning facilities.. very poor management and very disappointed

Good location.

Location is good, dinner was delicious.

Access from hotel to restaurant must be internal. English breakfast is very cheap, it's not worth the price, the egg omelet has been burnt. Linens are not clean enough. No toiletries. 1 liter of water provided for 2 people. Charged for Extra water.

Location

Uncleaned. Bed is full of ants and the sheets are very dirty. Photos and the descriptions are misguided.

Hospitality and Service Bad

The Room was looks nice.

First thing when i put the reservations they didnt mention that they do have a function.First thing when we checking in no body at the reception and we wait like 10minute and after waiting i think the receptionist came and i asked about the smooking facilities as they mention they have designated area for smoking and he said we have a private function we are not able to smoke there and he suggest to smoke in balcony.The second thing when i asked about room service facilities he said we cant provide meal also because of private event and he offer us if we want food we can order online or KFC next to the hotel.And third i asked for the ice for some drinks he said ice also they dont have i can buy from opposite food city which is closed to the hotel.And when i went inside i saw towel and the bedsheet are dirty not clean well.After all these i think they mention only facilities in the site only and its not looks like practically useful.Hospitality is zero and when we checking to a property even they dont have a food even its a three star property its not make any sence to me.Im working also in a hotel industry being 12 years and this is the most worst hospitality and service i saw in my life.

Not worth at all...

The security guard was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was horrible...although we took BnB it's not worth at all . Restaurant was dirty and smell bad. Not worth for money at all. No proper amenities.

i would definitely recommend that place to anyone .

to ge honest rooms were very clean,staffs were friendly always very attentive, I don’t have to run for them . also the owner is very friendly he would do anything for you , Great place for a family vacation.

there’s nothing not to like ..! everything was beyond:)

Not value for what they charged

Staff is cooperative and good behavior

They given only 1 bottle 5ⁿ0 litre only for the day after that they charged for it.. No exhaust fan in the toilet there is a smell when we entered it.

Very good

I liked where it was in middle of the city but still managed to give us the mind calmness and peace. Location is easilyl reachable.Rooms were super comfortable and I don't have any minus point to say about this well functioning city hotel.

Good place value for the money

Good place value for the money you spend. Very good receptionist. Rooms good. But not answering the phone. Thats all. Perfect for stays.
