Its location , facilities especially the breakfast items
It appears to me, the dining hall is not properly manned as required to get better service. In the morning, I sat on a seat for my breakfast and in the middle I went to bring other items according to my choice. Unfortunately, when I returned to my seat, I found it occupied by another guest. It was very embarrassing to me. At least, the employees working there should have an eye on it.

Location and ocean views.
First day after check-in, there was no coffee sachets, we had to ask for room service. Second day, the staff only gave us one sachet after house keeping - we had to call and ask for more (they laughed when we called).
We wanted to use the pool after lunch on a Sunday and it was being cleaned (it would take 3h) - why on a high traffic day and during daytime?
