Obviously everyone comes to this hotel for the swimming pool. Amazing view, even in bad weather. Rooms also had great views and great facilities. Clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable and clean. No bugs. High-tech toilets were super. Good choice of food for dinner and breakfast. Lots of spicy South Asian options I couldn't appreciate unfortunately, but there were some non spicy options too, though significantly fewer. The staff were exceptional. I was helped by Shamrin who was very professional, answered all my questions and got me the room I wanted. I felt welcomed and well attended. Thank you.
Elevators get 0 stars. You can wait forever for one to come, I think there is some issue there. Also if you don't make it to the door it closes and you have to wait for another one despite pressing the button. When there are many people (especially evening) you can easily wait for 10 minutes to get to your room. This isn't a deal-breaker but definitely annoying. The price they charge for an airport taxi is beyond abnormal, definitely targeting western guests who compare to the prices with home. One can get several taxis and a large dinner for the price of one transfer. Please use Uber, it works well and it is significantly cheaper.

The location is good. It well placed in the heart of the city for easy access to major sightseeing areas.
The staff professionalism. They just don’t seem to care and had an excuse for everything that went wrong.
