The pool and rooftop bar area were lovely with stunning views of the sea and the city. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was great with plenty of hot and cold options. Room was spotless and again had fantastic views from the balcony and bedroom window. We’d told them it was our honeymoon and they delivered a cake with congratulations on which was a nice touch.

I had a wonderful stay at Grand Bell Hotel Colombo. The hotel has a beautiful modern atmosphere, comfortable rooms, and a great location with a lovely city and sea view.
It took a long time for the lift to arrive because it was a little too slow for pickup and drop-off.

The location is good. It well placed in the heart of the city for easy access to major sightseeing areas.
The staff professionalism. They just don’t seem to care and had an excuse for everything that went wrong.
