Thhe staff were very helpful in accommodating me and my son. We arrived after a 1 hr flight delay. Small was was very tiered and hungry. The staff went the extra and beyond to get my son the dinner he was expecting. Breakfast was amazing and something I kept looking forward the next day. Room was comfortable and clean.

Many things, including the service, the very small and basic gym, the wait time for elevators, the overpriced top floor restaurant (quality does not match prices), very small pool and limited sunbeds. Hand towels were missing in the rooms for 4 days, had to prompt housekeeping.
