La cercanía a la Playa
La limpieza de zonas comunes, les indique el día de llegada, la suciedad del patio, una botella vacía, varios klenex en el suelo y un aviso de correos. Después de 3 días, lo limpie yo.
Además me salieron 2 cucarachas, cocina y baño, la solución darme un insecticida. A lo mejor una limpieza más profunda, cuando les dije y poner ellos el insecticida a tope, pero no, dejarme un insectida y solucionado. No reaccionan correctamente, a mí entender.

Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación: a solo un minuto andando de la playa y muy cerca de todos los bares, restaurantes y tiendas de Calafell. Que incluya plaza de parking es un gran plus, ya que suele ser difícil encontrar sitio en la calle y la mayoría de los aparcamientos son de pago. El apartamento tiene un buen tamaño y un balcón perfecto para disfrutar de las cenas al aire libre.
Por otro lado, se podría mejorar la limpieza y algunos detalles: había bastante polvo e incluso algunas pertenencias olvidadas de otros huéspedes bajo las camas y en el baño.

Location is good: Lidl and Mercadonna-3 min, sea-3 min
linen and towels were not included into the rent and there was no information about it before arrival. The office of the company is located in 8 min walk so we needed to go there for 2nd time and to rent linen and towels.
There were not mosquitoes net on the windows so for the 1st 3 days we were bited. The air conditioning is located in the dining room so for nights we had to open windows and let mosquitos in.
The internet (WiFi) worked well only in one bedroom. If you work & travel this apartment is not for you.
