The staff were super helpful and friendly. The dining area was beautiful and we love the central location. One morning we had to be across town by 7am so not able to enjoy breakfast package so the kitchen prepared a breakfast for us to take.
No curtain. Room was a little shabby with carpet stain and pillows lumpy

Extremely well located, very large room with a good view and plentiful breakfast.
Staff on reception seemed somewhat disinterested and unhelpful. There was a perpetual unpleasant smell at the entry to the hotel.

We had a lovely stay. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and made for a pleasant experience overall. Everyone we interacted with was professional and genuinely kind, which made us feel very welcome.
The only small downside was that the room was quite warm, especially during the night. Apart from that, everything was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Too small of a room, but great view. Bed and sheets were not of even fair quality. It was hot, but facility due to historical factor could not have A:C
