I loved the service, all questions were responded perfectly, I loved the easiness of the shuttle service, the breakfast, and the commodity of the ski rental service

The close proximity of the ski slopes.
The bar and room service was good.
- It was not cleaned to our satisfaction. We found lots of hairs lying around in the bed and shower.
- Not one channel on the tv worked as well as Netflix.
- Our revive electrolyte sachets were removed from our bathroom.
