Ótimo hotel para esquiar em Andorra

O conforto do quarto : espaçoso, aconchegante com bonita vista . Os funcionários são excelentes, muito solicitos. O pessoal do Ski room , sempre presente e prestativos. A pista de ski ao lado do hotel , praticamente privada é muito conveniente para iniciantes e para iniciar a prática de ski ou snowboard com os ótimos instrutores da Ski Canaro . Os Restaurantes do hotel são ótimos . O café da manhã com produtos frescos e locais são uma delícia! O SPA é ótimo . Ou seja tudo excelente!!

Adorable séjour de 3 jours, rando spa

Hotel charmant dimension familiale, cocon personnel adorable Petit dej exceptionnel

Pas grand chose juste que deux cartouches de café en chambre en 3 jours et pas de thé c’est un peu dommage mais c’est vraiment du detail ☺️

Magnífica estancia!

La ubicación, la tranquilidad, el entorno, el spa, el trato, todo en general fue estupendo.

Quizas y para poner alguna crítica sería el precio del vino en carta del resturante ya que pienso que los vinos no llevan ninguna elaboración por parte del restaurante y se exceden.

Exceptional hospitality and perfect location !

Our stay at Serras was exceptional . Great team & amazing hospitality both front desk plus in restaurants. Emilce really made us feel welcomed and was very helpful. The food at the restaurant was excellent and well priced. Location for outdoor activities was perfect. The Incles Valley was on our doorstep and is a must visit. We recommend this property. Ps thank you for the room upgrade

Excellent hotel in a great location

We were on a family vacation, the rooms were great, big and clean, the staff of the hotel is very professional and helpful. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the gym and spa are well maintained. Highly recommended

Contemporary luxury with Andorran charm.

Spacious and stylish hotel, extremely friendly and helpful staff made us feel very welcome. Out of season very relaxing but well located for walking etc plus spa facilities. Excellent location for ski season with all possible ski facilities.

The staff were amazing, super friendly and super helpful - they did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Also the shuttle service is awesome!

the restaurant wasn’t at the level of a 5-star hotel. The rooms weren’t excellent as expected in a 5-star hotel. It is noted that it was formerly a 4-star hotel.

Dinner in main restaurants was a bit expensive and the alternative bar menu options were limited. kids not allowed in pool after 5pm which was very restrictive, they should move this to 6pm

Exceptional

The staff were exceptionally accomodating they go above and beyond for their guests. As beginner skiers it was so handy having the beginner slope outside to practice (all the equipment and lessons are available at the hotel). There is a shuttle bus that they run they load all your equipment, literally drop them a text / whats app and they collect you within 5 minutes from the major slopes (soldeu / el tartar). The spa is also fantastic and very quiet during our stay.

It was a lovely break and we would definitely return.

The location of the hotel was wonderful. The best thing about this property was the staff. Everyone was very well trained, personable, friendly, and eager to help with anything we needed. Bruna restaurant has excellent food and a knowledgeable wait staff. Breakfast was very good. There was enough variety and hot menu items came within minutes or being ordered. The terrace was sunny, bright and comfortable. We had two spa treatments, which were simply fabulous. We liked this smaller hotel, which was family friendly but quiet at the same time. It was great to have a private ski slope right on the property and free of charge.

Regarding the hotel room itself, ours was on the 5th floor and the room became very hot in the night. We had to sleep with the balcony door open.

They need to work harder to get the status of a luxury hotel.

The staff is very polite. Completely new interior.

food and service I ordered tuna tartare with avocado: the avocado was too hard to eat, not ripe enough. Another time I ordered carpaccio: there is so much sea salt that it is impossible to eat. I still get a grimace on my face even when I think about it. Another time we ordered jamon and were told it was out of stock. You have to wait at least 30 minutes until they come to serve you and this has always been the case. There were no trash can in the bathroom, only in the toilet, which was a separate room. You have to go to another room to drop cotton pads and that's not a luxury.

It was very nice that Santa Claus came to the children with gifts. The Christmas dinner was great. A small slope for beginners is located right next to the hotel, which was very convenient with a younger child. A shuttle takes you to the big slopes, just 3 minutes to take there.

The rooms were not cleaned well. Everyone tried to be very polite, but that was in standard situations. If the situation was non-standard, for example, we arrived late for breakfast, almost to the end, and tried to order dishes, since breakfast was almost all a-la carte, we were first politely told that the kitchen was already closed. However then we were served.
