The staff throughout the resort were very welcoming, polite, and friendly, and we appreciated the warm service we received during our stay. The pool area was also lovely, and we thoroughly enjoyed spending time there.
The room fell below the standard expected from a five-star resort. Both the sink and bathtub drains were not working, and it took maintenance approximately 1 hour to get these repaired (whilst we were in the room waiting to get ready as we had plans in the evening). The conditioner dispenser was also empty. Breakfast was disappointing, with dry scrambled eggs and poor-quality hot food. For the price paid, we expected the room to be fully checked and all amenities replenished before our arrival.
