Great central location. Very nice breakfast. Had a bar area and seating. Great rustic restaurant right next door.

Its a historic hotel not a lot of it is open and a very thight welcome to italy parking

The room was good enough, slightly with an aged feel. But it was ok overall.
The staff. The receptionist was extremely rude and barely accepted to switch our room to one with balcony, give that it was one of the reasons we chose the room in the first place on Booking.com. We had also asked for help to book a taxi, and they gave us a number which nobody answered to.
