The staff were very friendly and helpful. The spa was excellent. The room was great.
The mosquitoes in the breakfast, dining room and jacuzzi area outside. The buses were unreliable.

This a beautiful hotel within walking distance of Verona airport, although the hotel offers a free shuttle.. The old monastery has been added to in a very sympathetic way and there is beautiful stone throughout the hotel. The rooms are modern with good air conditioning and minimal noise from the airport but you can still find part frescoes on the wall!
There is a large internal courtyard where you can have a drink or eat outside.
The breakfast is very good.
Nothing to fault.

The hotel has beautiful grounds and the outdoor pool is lovely. Very near Verona airport and the hotel airport shuttle was reliable and took minutes to get to the airport.
The rooms in the new part of the hotel have no character. We had a studio room on the first night which was so dark and depressing we moved to a room with a balcony which was brighter.
We booked for 1 night but ended up staying for 5 nights as my partner was taken ill and had to go to hospital. The staff knew this as they called us a taxi and we had to keep extending our stay but no one checked on us to see if we were ok.
The pool bar is chaotic which I think is due to lack of staff. When there’s a conference on they are trying to serve coffees to the delegates and mange the pool bar too. Requesting a milkshake seemed to throw them over edge.
The restaurant has no atmosphere though we only went once because of illness and ordered room service for the rest of the stay. Food was ok.
The hotel is a destination hotel as there’s nothing around there once you’re in that’s it. There’s no shop there (apart from wine) so we felt quite trapped once there.
