Location was excellent , room clean and tidy.Breakfast was excellent and value for money .Staff pleasant and helpful and were very knowledgeable and informative

Room was clean enough, plenty of storage space and it was very quiet which was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was aircon too although it wasn't really needed to much. It was cleaned every day.
Staff didn't even have our keys ready when we came (5pm so definitely within check in time). Room did not live up to the hotel name as the 'view' was just a view of a basketball court rather than the valley. We came for the view. Shower was small and had no curtain to prevent water from getting on the floor so our mat was always wet. Aircon was outdated, had a pipe out the wall and the remote control didn't work. It was also extremely loud so we couldn't run it at night. Luggage storage was in an underground car park which we had to sort out ourselves and relied a lot on the good will of other guests to not steal anything.
