It is centrally located. The room was clean and comfortable.
The wall was not soundproof. We could hear the occupiers of the room next to us at night chatting, singing etc

Breakfast, location & staff were good.
The hotel and certainly the room needs a bit of upgrading, it was looking a bit dated.
