The self check-in is such an innovative way to arrive at a hotel. It was our first time using a system like this, but everything worked perfectly and we had no issues at all. The instructions were sent automatically around midnight before our arrival and explained every step clearly, making the whole process actually effortless.
Everything was spotless, from the room to the breakfast area and even the elevator. The hotel is exceptionally well maintained.
We honestly couldn't find a single negative point..!

Location is excellent as the hotel is in a quiet backstreet in the center of Oostende. Very clean room and comfortable beds. Breakfast was delicious, very friendly staff / owners. Self check-in went smoothly.
We would prefer a door instead of a curtain in the bath room / toilet ... Sometimes you just need a bit of privacy!
