It felt like a castle (it was a Schloss). A nice and big room. Good food, and very good service with friendly people.
Some warming device in the badroom, it was a little chill, and the towels were still damp the next day. But when changed every day, it was OK.

Breakfast was quite good and tasty, kids loved croissants, variety of eggs prepared in all sorts of ways. The pool and sauna are a nice touch, give you a feeling of privacy and are not too crowded. Play area and pool table occupied the teenagers, even thou they had to pay to play. If you need something from the market it is across the street. The location is perfect to drive around to other towns like Zell am See, Kitzbuhl... Did not have the option to ski, as we arrived in October, so can't help there.
Cleanliness, while it was generally ok, rooms could and should be cleaner in some spots. We had several rooms, one room was never cleaned during the stay, nobody vacuumed under the bed in another room for quite some time. Not to mention one room wasn't ready at 15.00 on our arrival. Bed mattress in a third room felt like sleeping on a floor, too hard. Wooden floor boards on the "bridge" should get oiled, as they make really loud squeaky noises

Everything was great! The hotel is beautiful and the staff were very helpful and polite. The room was bright and spacious and was cleaned every day. The pool is big enough for kids to have fun in the shallow part while the adults can enjoy the deeper part. We also enjoyed the sauna very much. Breakfast buffet was very good, there is something for everyone. There was also coffee, tea, juice etc.
There is a free parking lot across the street from the hotel but there is space only for a few cars. You can park your car in hotel’s underground parking garage for 9€ a day. This is not a negative thing, just an information.

Staff is really friendly. Pool was nice. Underground parking is big. Ski slopes are just a few bus stops away. Plenty of choice at the buffet in the evening. Beds were comfortable.
Bathroom really needs an upgrade. It's very outdated, nowhere to place your toiletries (just one small area above the sink). WiFi connection was not very stable, lost the connection several times. Enough choices at the buffet (breakfast and dinner), but quality of the food was hit & miss.
