Everything, a place that will stay in our memories
The experience was amazing, the location, the views, the room. However, we had a bad moment during check-out. We requested a late check-out but were not informed about the extra charge it would involve. At the end of our stay, an employee with orange hair spoke to my girlfriend and me in a way I have never experienced anywhere in customer service. She eventually apologized and we were not charged, but there is no excuse for the way she spoke to us or for the inappropriate language she used, especially after we had paid over €300 for two nights, it was completely out of line

Location is perfect. Walking distance to the lift and 12-15 minutes drive to Wilder Kaiser, Kitz, Fieberbrunn.
Hotel stuff is super nice and friendly. Personal thanks to the young man and the lady at reception. Exceptionally welcome
Kettle would be nice to have in a room or at least for extra pay.

Convenient for skiing and hiking; ski bus stop nearby and easy access to lifts, friendly staff
Poor breakfast, limited variety and not very fresh.
Room too small for 3 people, not enough space for luggage or comfort.
Unpleasant smell in the toilet/bathroom, which affected the overall stay.

Nice and helpful staff, good breakfast buffet
There was no active ventilation in room and bathroom, making it hard to dry wet clothes and towels overnight.
