Friendly and helpful people, good ski slope
You need to book to rooms travelling with two kids, beds were too soft and dinner was not impressive.

We arrived very late staff spoke good English so we got booked straight in and off we went to our room which was so big a little dated but clean comfortable and 4 large windows that opened
Food was good nice breakfast selection just make the porridge hot 🔥
We were there for a gig it was part of the venue so couldn’t be any closer
The place was a little dated heating system and no air con need updating
The corridor carpet is a little freaky but also quiet a novelty
If you don’t have a car or can’t get to grips with the bus time table you are a little stuck as it’s in the middle of no where
But these are only little things and wouldn’t put me off returning we had a great stay and would happily return

Both the room and the bathroom were spacious, clean, and comfortable.
It was very convenient to be able to access the Snowdome directly without having to go outside.

It was close to the highway. Nice staff. A lot of nature around.
We traveled with the dog, so of course we get “dog” rooms, but it could be vacuum cleaned better. Carpet full of light dog hair. Also, consider moving away carpets, the floor in this kind of room is way more practical. Also, the ventilation system in the room didn’t work, it was super hot during the night.
