Excellent location, clean facilities, there was even a steam bath in the room, large balcony and comfy bed. Wonderful tapas type breakfast, cosy bar to have a drink in the evening.
Complimentary bottle of water would be fine and someone, I guess - housekeeping, tried to enter the room while I was inside without knocking and without excusing.

Quite and clean room with small balcony. Equipment for kitchen. Sauna in shower. Close to the canal where the boats pass by.
Late arrival (09h00 pm) and no restaurant open in hotel or nearby. One of the elevators was not functioning.

The room was very small, it was difficult to move around and there was no space for your luggages. They wanted to install a huge, fancy steam shower in the room reducing too much the living space and the result is that there are less than 40cm between the bed and the wall.
