Easily walkable to everything in the Altstadt, and seemingly safe to walk to at any hour. Kind staff willing to be available at any hour.
No fewer than four things were broken in the bathroom. Nothing that couldn’t be managed (towel hook broken off; soap dispenser at the sink missing, so you always had to reach into the shower to get soap, etc.), but it didn’t inspire confidence. The floors were also dusty. Light sleepers may suffer from poor soundproofing between the floors and in the stairwell, at least in the annex building. I can’t comment on the main building.

It was clean and comfortable with a spacious room
We couldn’t get onto the wifi and we were on the 2nd floor with no lift. The parking was very expensive

Being able to park close by in a private car park
Good breakfast but could have done with sweet alternatives such a croissants
Great staff, very helpful. Good advice for nearby excellent Italian restaurant
Had a room at the front overlooking the square which turned out to be very noisy all night, from revellers, rubbish collection, street cleaning. Had to keep windows open because it was so hot

Good location, big room, nice breakfast, good shower.
The bed was very uncomfortable, and our room was not feeling very clean, possibly also because of the tired carpet and bathroom.
