This is a very friendly and attractive hotel. The staff are super helpful and the ethos seems to be to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. There is no kettle in the room but there are free tea/coffee facilities in the comfortable public area. The help yourself sweet bar is a very nice touch!
Please put two drinking glasses in each room. This is essential, especially in hot weather.

Excellent location to the Old Town, very clean with a modern bathroom and very comfortable bed. The hotel had a family-like atmosphere. Would gladly stay there again.

Great, practical and calm location between station and center. I walked everywhere and was well placed to catch an early train to Hamburg airport. Very functional and comfy room despite being small. Staff very helpful and friendly, hotel very clean, breakfast great! I’d go back any time.
