Everything. Clever elegant furnishings respecting the age of the building with spacious comfortable rooms. A fantastic breakfast was provided which couldn’t be faulted. Very central location and easy to park in the street. There was a. Honesty bar with lots of drinks and snacks though we didn’t partake.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in! Lovely, spacious, comfortable rooms in an interesting old building perfectly located for visiting the old city. Little touches in the room like a bottle of water refilled daily, fresh flowers and glasses of port showed the care and thought that had been put into making visitors welcome. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were fabulous.
