The rooms are spacious and modernly furnished with modern bathrooms.
We chose this hotel specifically for the swimming pool, but it fell short of expectations. The pool is quite small for the number of guests staying at the hotel, and it's fairly basic — the water was rather cold. The only way in is via a ladder, and we even found a band-aid floating in the water. Seating is limited to a couple of chairs, with nothing else in the way of loungers or amenities. A jacuzzi or additional saunas would have made a real difference.
One issue worth flagging: the sauna requires nudity, while the rest of the wellness area is swimsuit-only — yet the whole space is open to all ages, including children. My 13-year-old daughter felt uncomfortable seeing men undressing near the showers on their way to the sauna. This area really needs better separation between the naked sauna zone and the swimsuit areas, or the hotel should apply one consistent rule throughout.
