- location in the city center and close to the yard and everything you wish,
- great breakfast and dinner - everyone will have something to choose from,
- mid-day fika as a nice add-on,
- helpful and kind personnel,
- gym and sauna included,
- beds were too soft as for us,
- gym was open from 9 am which made it impossible to workout before breakfast,
- sauna temperature was way too low for us,
- we suspect that cakes, as a part of fika, were not home made,

Nice room, large bathroom. Comfortable bed. Half board included in the price. Kind personnel.
Half board included was nice because of the cost of everything in Tromso, but quality was moderate. We never received a reply to our inquiry to book a car parking spot and public parking is expensive in Tromso.

The location is amazing. The best part is the fact that in the price is included breakfast, Fika (coffee, tea and cake) and dinner. The food is very good. We strongly recomand

Excellent location, friendly staff, good food choice.
Our packed breakfast was forgotten one day meaning we had a very hungry morning excursion and had nothing to eat until late afternoon. Despite knowing it was a special occasion no extra customer service was supplied.
