Als Zwischenlösung für kurze Zeit in Ordnung.

Günstige Lage in der Stadt

Das Zimmer war sehr klein. Kabel auf dem Laufweg zum Bad, Fenster war nicht zu öffnen. Bei voller Auslastung war der Frühstücksraum sehr beengt.

Encima de una discoteca. Difícil si quieres dormir antes de las 3am

Habitación super amplia. Ubicación perfecta. Desayuno Buffet completosimo

Tienen una discoteca debajo del hotel. Musica hasta las 3 de la mañana como si la tuvieses en la habitación que tiemblan las paredes y borrachos en la calle. La sala para dejar las maletas está en otro piso abierta y cualquiera puede entrar

Location

Very hot room. A/c hopeless window hardly opened. Maid said it was a”hot floor” Website said the restaurant was open it was not. Website talked about “hotel bar” but it’s not and you can’t take drinks to your room or charge the room

Goede locatie voor stedentrip naar Tromsø

Perfecte locatie in Tromsø Ruime keuze bij het ontbijt, ook veel mogelijkheden voor mensen met intoleranties/allergieën. Lekker eten bij het ontbijt! Kamers zijn netjes.

Op de 1e verdieping zit een nachtclub, in het weekend hoor je tot diep in de nacht muziek + mensen op straat. Isolatie kan beter.

Perfect location, but very noisy

Lovely breakfast, comfortable bed. Really great location.

Very noisy, could hear all the other guests in rooms above and lots of noise from outside. Bathroom very tiny and not much hot water.

Breakfast was like a banquet, all kinds of options for bread, salami, cheese and salad. Excellent service too! Staff were super friendly and provided many helpful information.

Good. Could easily be much better

Great location and good breakfast

The gym could use some upgrades. While traveling extensively using the gym is important. We are actually back in Tromso and chose a hotel with a much better gym even though it doesn’t include breakfast. One oddity want to mention. There are no hooks or racks to hang towels after use. Is it a Norwegian thing? This is not the first hotel here that I’ve seen it.

The Hotel is good and i have a great time you are in a few minutes on the wather.

The breakfast is amazing! The Hotel is absolute central. I had luck with my room 🙏 There are a lot of information hanging in the Lobby and in the elevator.

The floor smells a bit bad. A few things doesn‘t work, like the refrigerator and on the Toilette is no brush. I have to close my gardiens, because the other windows are right in front of mine.

room floor can have carpet floor instead of stone. there are not footwear to wear on a cold stone floor inside the room.

Amazing breakfast and location

Incredible buffet. Easy check-in, we were immediately in the room. Amazing location.

The wifi would only work in the lobby area (or possibly lower floors) but never in our room. But we came to Norway for nature so it was okay with us.

Location is very good as well the buffet breakfast.. Always can have a tea or coffee as complimentary at reception

The wi fi connection wasn't working very well. Difficult to access and whastapp / mail badly worked.

clean, well organized, good food the only shortage was the lack of clothes storage space

great breakfast, very good location

our friends got a room quite inferior to the room we got. we had view on the street and the landscape, their windows went on the backyard. next day the staff changed their room with a window on another street (this was better) but this room was substantially smaller, so small that they could not open two suitcase on the floor simultaneously - this would have been essential as THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO shelves or drawers to keep clothes. this inequality was very unpleasant for me, as I was the organizer of this trip. in this climate people travel with more clothes - the rooms should have cupboard space enough not to "to live from the suitcase"

nice hotel if your majority of the trip is to spending time on city tour.

good location, city bus no42 is just near the corner, also has many shop and supermarket around, which takes only 3 to 5 min by foot. room price is breakfast included.

bethroom is a bit strange, no waterproof wall, so water could spread to toilet paper, things, everything while someone is taking shower.... employee helped us change the room which is appreciated.
