We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was convenient and very close to both the metro and tram. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They even allowed us to keep our stroller in the restaurant area and were happy for us to eat food we had purchased from another restaurant there, which was especially convenient while traveling with a toddler.
The room was a decent size, although since it faced the main road, there was quite a bit of outside noise. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay, and we really appreciated the hospitality.

location was good. If I would have know it was right on the street I would have paid more for the garden room. But it was nice, we were traveling with a friend and she had the room by the garden. We even sat outside and had a drink to cool off one day.
more space, but we understand its small. They made a great use of the space they have.

Location, value, tea coffee making facilities. Room was quiet, clean.
Lack of aircon although we were able to get a fan.

Location is great, close to all means of transportation and walking distance to most everything you would want to do in town.
Bed...mattress needs to be changed out. Maybe a mini fridge.
