This was, by far, one of the best accommodation experiences we have ever had. From the moment we arrived, Andreas was an exceptional host, warmly welcoming us and taking the time to explain everything we needed to know about the apartment and our stay.
The apartment itself exceeded our expectations. It has a large and very comfortable bedroom, a spacious main living area with a fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely little balcony. By Amsterdam standards, it felt incredibly spacious and comfortable — much more like a real home than a typical holiday accommodation.
The location was also perfect. Situated in the beautiful Plantage area, the apartment is peaceful and pleasant while still being within easy walking distance of Amsterdam's central areas and many of the city's main attractions.
What made the experience particularly special, however, was the incredible attention to detail and hospitality. The kitchen was generously stocked with complimentary snacks, sweets, wine, beer, soft drinks and many other little treats. It was such a thoughtful and welcoming gesture and immediately made us feel at home.
We stayed for three days and genuinely wished we could have stayed longer. A beautiful, spacious apartment, an excellent location, and a wonderful host. Thank you, Andreas, for making our time in Amsterdam so memorable. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation!

The host andreas is the best host we have ever met. The apartment is in a fabulous location. Plantage is a wonderful part of Amsterdam with lovely parks nearby. The apartment was super clean, bright and andreas supplied treats for us and nothing was lacking. He even gave us a leaving gift. We just wish we owned it!
