The owners, and every single one of the staff are super nice and friendly and tries to help you with everything they can. The breakfast buffet is superb..they pay attention to every guest and tries to accommodate their needs.
We will definitely visit again..
The furniture is a bit old and no AC in the rooms..and with the leather couches it can be slightly uncomfortable.
Saunas close at 20:00 would be nice if it was running for a little longer.

Spacious, clean and a great location. We liked that cleaning was not routine every day and only on request which felt more sustainable and environmentally friendly. There was a great breakfast choice and the breakfast restaurant was very nice. The staff that were there were great and worked hard.
On arrival we were simply told to collect a key from a board, there was no welcome or briefing from any staff. We spent the first couple of days trying to work out where things were and generally how the hotel operated. There wasn’t even info in the rooms on this. We did not know the restaurant opening hours for example.
The hotel is run on minimal staff. In the spa there was no evidence of staff to tidy up towels or mop up excess water. In the afternoon and evening the reception staff also cover the bar, leading to delays in being served.
There is no snacks or afternoon tea unlike other similar hotels( as far as we could tell given lack of information). The bar selection was a bit limited.
The restaurant only had one server doing everything. He did a good job but it didn’t feel particularly relaxed. In contrast we also ate at Omii, in the sister hotel across the road. This was well staffed and quite a different experience.

Clean and spacious rooms, very quiet and well soundproofed. Nice balcony with a beautiful mountain view. Very good breakfast with plenty of local options and high-quality food. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient ski room. The hotel is very close to the nearest lift (A10), where you can start and finish your ski trips. Great swimming pools and saunas. Free parking available.
A minor issue – the room temperature was quite high and the air was very dry. While this is good for drying clothes, it may not be ideal for comfort or health (especially for people who are used to cooler and more humid air at home). There was no option to adjust the temperature, so we had to leave the windows open at night.
