We booked this hotel at the very last minute and were already pleasantly surprised by the excellent price for a half-board stay. The experience itself exceeded our expectations even further.We can honestly speak about the accommodation only in superlatives. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious, beautifully presented, and very comfortable. The absolute highlight of the hotel is the cuisine. The food is truly excellent, and every dinner was a wonderful culinary experience. Dinner consists of three courses, with several dishes to choose from each day, including options for vegetarians. The staff also deserve a special mention. Everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. We felt very comfortable and genuinely welcome throughout our entire stay. For families with children, another huge advantage is the absolutely fantastic playground just across the street, as well as a lovely adventure golf course. We had a wonderful stay and would be very happy to return in the future.
I would also like to give a special mention to the wonderful staff and their exceptional attitude towards their guests. Unfortunately, when we checked out, I accidentally left my wife’s headphones in our room and only realized it after we had arrived back home in the Czech Republic. I called the reception and asked if they could check the room and, if the headphones were found, send them to our home address. Of course, I fully expected to cover all the shipping costs. To my great surprise, the hotel did not ask us to pay anything at all and kindly sent the headphones back to us. My wife is now happily using them again. 😊 I would therefore like to take this opportunity to thank the entire hotel team once again. It is exactly this kind of thoughtful service that shows how genuinely they care about their guests. This experience is yet another reason why we can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel – the level of service and guest care is truly exceptional.
Nothing at all – I honestly can’t think of anything we didn’t like.

This is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. It is located close to the bus stop and about a five minute walk away from the cable car. The staff are helpful, pleasant and friendly. The food is absolutely delicious with a wide choice at breakfast and a fantastic evening meal. My room was large, comfortable and very clean with tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge. The hotel was an excellent base for my walking holiday and I highly recommend.
