I was upgraded on arrival which included dinner at either of the two restaurants which was a nice surprise and very appreciated.
The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and perfectly maintained. All staff were all without exception friendly and attentive. Would stay again!
I had no negative experiences so there is nothing that did not meet my expectations. All staff were helpful, friendly and chatty, the hotel is beautiful, the room was exceptionally clean and serviced perfectly by the friendly staff

Location, pool, cleaning, smell
Only negative point was about entrance staff, one of them is really not friendly, even not helped us for take out our bags from car, not take care about his job and use mobile phone instead, for one another purpose we asked him help us and he was angry for no thing… all other staff are really helpful and friendly
Hope he come back to normal situation again
It was our second time in this hotel and before was not like this
Also before all rooms bar was full, this time empty and its not so important
