Good place for short or weekend stay, it was very comfortable and calm setting with great value for money.

The hotel seems fresh and still in progress of doing new upgrades. The room is very comfy and clean. The in-room dining service is also good, added with delicious food of many choices.

A small suggestion for the property: change the shampoo to shampoo & conditioner. The shampoo in the bathroom somehow made my hair so tangled. The small fridge was empty, there is kettle but not coffee or tea sachet.

Overall stay is good 😊

Food, spacious room and nice swimming pool.

I had my 2nd trip this time . however this 2nd stay is quite bad because no water supply starts early in the morning on the 2nd day..and we have to go to other facilities to take a bath..

Nostalgic green getaway

The golf resort green view and ambience, especially at the Garden Terrace. Of course, the friendly staff who went the extra mile to assist my wheelchair bound mother.

The old yet-to-be refurbished room, feels more than two decades old. Bathroom amenities were not 4-star, and water pressure was poor. Ramps for disabled persons were not user-friendly and bit too steep to maneuver. Almost fell off the ramp at the ballroom entrance, if it wasn't for a friendly guest who helped

Since it was a 1 day stay, and the cost is not really expensive so it was 5 over 10.

Good ambience, however I went there during the main lobby under renovation. The room was spacious. But the wall and carpet were having mold and was not clean throughly before new guest checking in.

The guards and staffs are not really helpful. Thrash can is not available at all nearby the corridor area.

Disappointing

It’s currently undergoing renovations which is cool. But not worth the discounted price. Room was a lil bit rundown with loose sockets and mouldy lamp stands. Bathtub was stained and so was the mirrors too. Poor maintained overall. Services were quite bad. Not really 24 hours reception (called them from the room multiple times but no one answered). Breakfast was okay but not worth the RM44 per adult. Overall, it’s just fair.

The hotel shouldnt be called a hotel unless we are 30 years ago

The hotel shouldnt be ranked 4 or even 1 star, it should not be called a hotel, the Facility is very old and huanted.

A suggestion, perhaps?

The bed, it's huge and my daughter love it very much! Also, we love a room that have a bath tub. Thank goodness we got the room with it.

The toilet is smelly. Hopefully the cleaner could put fragrance for toilet.

Toilet bowl leaking, Broken window lock , Old furniture and room have musty smell.

Nice Golf Course view.. Swim pool under maintenance. Car Park is free. Aircon control is good.

King bed was super comfortable. Additional bed was provided at reasonable cost. Room service house keeping was good.

I was not asked or given a choice of rooms in high floor rather I was just given Level-1 which is indeed goes down from the lobby level just which i was somewhat not happy.
