Overall okay.
The flwg could be improve to give better rating for the Hotel :-
1) Laundry - should be open 24hrs instead of during working hours as the guest would not be around during office hours
2) Luggage room - should be made complimentary for staying guest

A smart and convenient hotel, everything is using smart system, with detailed but simple language in every little parts that might need instruction. It is so useful and thoughtful that I don’t think they even need admin staff. Free washing machine and soap is such a bonus too.
