Disappointing

Location. Friendly staff. Super powerful shower. Decent air-con unit.

The property is shabby; both the public areas and the apartment we had. Naff furniture. Naff beds; poor quality linen. Significant traces of mould in the shower.

Good plan B or plan C hotel, if the nearby Urban Recoleta and Cyan Recoleta are full. Otherwise, avoid.

Good location, room quite large. Cancellation policy is 14:00 on the day which is generous.

Experience marred by early check out (11.00) is only notified to you AFTER you book, not before (I have gone back and done a test booking to double check). This was a big deal for me as I needed somewhere quiet for a video call at 11.00. Also, paying USD 257 a night you would expect breakfast, but no breakfast is provided. You are given a choice of payment options (card or cash) but in reality paying in pesos cash is really the only option, as if you pay by card, the currency of the charge is USD not pesos, so you don’t benefit from the MEP rate. In the end, they let me stay till 12.00 but we had some tense exchanges on Whatsapp which isn’t really the experience you expect after spending so much. They point out that this is basically an apartment building with normal residents, and some of the apartments are offered as aparthotels on booking.com, but the listing does not make this clear, it looks like a regular hotel. There is someone in the office during the day to collect the money and cleaning staff to prep rooms for the next visitor in the middle of the day. That’s it.

Location is great! Good for a short stay.

Easy check-in and pre-arrival communication. Room size was good.

Loud party above our room from 1-8 a.m., which meant we did not sleep. Reception did not care or do anything about it.

Great place ruined by LOUD late night neighbour.

Forget sleeping. Although this place is great, it's attached to a big night club. Imagine trying to sleep on a dance floor with the bass turned up to jack hammer levels. What a shame. I would have stayed here again otherwise.

hot tub was closed while I was staying there. one of the doormen was rude, but all other other staffers were nice.

Nice rooms, strong Wi-Fi, antagonistic & unreasonably staff

Big room, comfortable. Great location. Other residents and doormen are very kind.

Two ladies at desk were extremely rude and uncooperative. One was very warm at first and said that while there was no automatic services, I was welcome to “What’s App” request what I may require. I ordered some extra coffee (tea bag instant) and towels. They came right away. But then the following day I requested hangers. Even thought it’s apartment style accommodations, there were only three of the cheap plastic kind. I had to ask three times, just to get three more and I could’ve used about 10. I let it go. But two days later when I asked for more instant coffee, the other employee was very rude. And when I added towels to my request, she became hostile. She said they had a charge. I had to clean up water on the floor because the sink had very strong water flow that spills out. I didn’t want to leave any damage. She told me that coffee and towels had a charge. I thought she was kidding. But she was very forceful that this is NOT a hotel. I was confused because the other lady offered those same things to me. The woman never told me how much the towels and coffee were. She just kept saying you only are entitled to those things the first day. If she explained kindly, with reason, I would gladly pay. I took some towels and coffee off a cart, frustrated, thinking she would make a bill and charge me. Two days later the original girl became vile to me in defense of the other employee. No matter how many times I explained that I was shocked about how my requests were handled, she would not let up that I was in the wrong. Neither employee had any interest in resolving the dilemma professionally. When asked for prices, she didn’t know what they were. Nor could she produce a menu for towels, coffee, sheets, etc. She said repeatedly that the camera had witnessed my stealing two hand towels. I stared at her in disbelief. I took them because the employee said no one else was around to help her on Sundays (even though I saw two cleaning ladies later).
