Great location. Although there's no breakfast on site everything is in walking distance so there was no issue.
The first room was dreary, (2nd floor). However, the reception employee said another room was opening up the next more morning and we could have that if we liked it. We liked it. (6th floor).

Perfect location in a safe neighborhood with lots of stores and interesting places in a walking distance
Zero cleaning in three days, the renovation happened many-many years before, it’s just old and sad :) I don’t know if it could be better for $120 per day in this area.
