We checked in very late after a flight and had a tired 6 year old. There were toys at the reception to play with so kept her happy whilst checking in.
Nothing it was perfect

Did what it said on the box
That I'd booked twice, even though I'd call a few weeks before to check on the booking and being told there was no booking

Convenient for Airport
Unreliable EV chargers. Main reason for selecting this hotel was to charge EV overnight ahead of week away flying from BRS Airport. After battling with the chargers for half an hour in the cold and rain nothing I could do, or the assistant from reception could do would get it to connect so this was a big invconvenience.
