Ana and Haleema were brilliant host's nothing was too much trouble, very friendly and accommodating, always there to help. They ensure our room was cleaned everyday, beds made, towels changed,cups cleaned and replaced and continuously topped up with beverages

Rooms were tired but clean (standard for the price) fire doors regularly wedged open, not enough plugs for TV, fan and kettle and phone chargers but we were supplied with an extension lead.

The Shisha Bar downstairs was Amazing but the Rooms not good,
No Handwash , curtains was full of dirt, no iron on iron stand.
