So friendly staff house is very clean bathroom room also bed and bed sheet so clean fresh feelings all night was calm atmosphere yes i will go again
Very clean tidy, kitchen is very big, kettle tea cutlery cups tea coffee, sugar was there we made tea in the morning very pleasant relaxing atmosphere.

A really great place to rest my head. The room was clean, hygienic, tidy and spacious. It was comfortable and made for a very easy stay overall.
The location was excellent — within walking distance of the train station and my main office in Hayes, which was very convenient. The setup was straightforward, access was simple, and everything felt well organised.
I will definitely be booking again in the future.
There wasn’t anything major to dislike. Possibly the radiator may not have been working properly, as I did feel a bit cold during the night. That said, I still had a great sleep in the spacious bedroom.
Overall, a very positive stay.
