En suite, 15min walk from Birmingham New Street, with shower gel and shampoo provided in the room alongside a fan. Breakfast is from 07am to 11am. Breakfast is a ham sandwich with cereal, apple juice and a choice of coffee, There is a wellness centre and giant cinema room. Fully fitted shared kitchen with stove, oven, giant fridge-refrigerator, shared eating room
No lift for those with luggage, no tea or coffee or kettle in the room, no full English breakfast, Towels not provided in the rooms you have to go to reception to collect towels

Everything was fine and it looked better than I expected tbh
The fact that I had to share rooms with men, if there was like a shared room
For women only, it would have banged, because I know everywhere is safe but I was not able to sleep comfortably knowing I was surrounded by 5 men.
But asides that it’s fine.

They kept my luggage at the storage room so I could visit other cities a day or two before coming back to stay for another night since I was flying from Birmingham airport. Everything was fine and intact! Also amazing staff, always ready to help!
They don’t serve lunch nor dinner but there were restaurants close by,

Nice smoking terrace, free luggage storage
Hostel wasn’t very secure, I was able to sneak back in and sleep in the Lounge so stayed an extra night for free
