Quality hotel for quality price have stayed here plenty of times and will definitely be staying again when I come for wo

I like that the hotel situated right near the station very convenient location and very friendly staff had an issue with ac they sorted it out straight away and just very professional and polite service easy check in and very easy check out hony was very helpful during day of checkout and made it very easy and peaceful.

Nice staff. Great location (2 mins from train station) Great for a short stay (and long one if you like basic but very clean accommodation) You get exactly what they say is there. Why do folk complain about room size and no clothes hangers??? Get real, it’s a budget hotel, and a very good one at that. Go pay double for a window or clothes hangers or a little bit more room. Thank you ladies at Easyhotel Birmingham.

Should’ve had breakfast, served in bed 😬. Nah, no complaints. I knew what I was getting here.

Excellent value for money in the city centre

Eliza at the front desk was very helpful on check in. She explained the facilities clearly. The room was a good size and had a lovely view. The hotel itself is close to the train station and all location attractions.

Great no fuss hotel, ideal when just a room is needed.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff.

There is a lot of noise in the area but it is right in the middle of the city centre so expected.

Overall our stay was O.K. Staff were exceptional. Room was small but clean.

Location and price was excellent. The reception staff were two of the most friendly and helpful we've encountered in a long time.

Room was small but adequate for our two night stay. Coffee and tea making facility in the reception area needs improvement. The machine was difficult to use.

The barrier between the bathroom and the room is more of a screen than a door.

Dreadful experience, never again

One of the features on the facilities was soundproofing and wasn't even close I could hear everything and the bar next door was blasting music all night on a Monday aswell and could hear it from my room, so tried watching TV and couldn't even enjoy that as it was faulty so I went reception they said they couldn't help or switch rooms.

Location is excellent for Birmingham city centre

The rooms are VERY small and cramped. I was a single traveller and out all the time so it did not matter, but it would be impossible to move if there were two people in the room. Also there is no place to put belongings. I had to put them on the floor.

Absolutely brilliant every time.

The staff are fantastic. A few weeks ago I turned up at the easy hotel in Birmingham to check in having booked the wrong week. Eliza on reception did everything she could to help me and went out of her way to get me a room for that night. Staying in hotels all over the country, the service at the easyHotel in Birmingham is definitely the best I have come across.
